Baking Tips

To make perfectly baked cookies with our hand-scooped dough, please follow these important tips:

  • Keep the dough frozen until ready to use
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees (350 degrees for extra gooey cookies)
  • Line a silver or gold colored baking sheet with parchment paper (included in dozen carton) or silicone mat
  • Evenly space your Drops of Dough on the lined cookie sheet and place on the MIDDLE oven rack
  • Bake dough for 8-10 minutes, and remove from oven (just before fully cooked)
  • Allow cookies to rest on sheet for 3-5 minutes
  • Enjoy!  

For best results:

*First time baking please check often and Do NOT over bake

*Avoid using dark colored cookie sheets

*If you’re not eating your cookies shortly after they’re baked, remove them from the sheet and cool further on a wire rack

*DO NOT place cookies on a towel or paper product until fully cooled

*When using a commercial oven, drop the temperature 50 degrees
